- How do I get help with LSA Bridge?
- Use the contact form and say you're writing about LSA Bridge. Describe what you saw and what you expected. LSA Bridge isn't released yet, so most questions today are about the manual method or about what Google has said.
- What should I leave out of a support message?
- Customer names, phone numbers, call recordings and lead details. We don't need them to help, and the extension is designed so that nothing it reads ever reaches us. Screenshots of your reports are fine if you blur anything that identifies a customer.
- Where do I get help with my Local Services Ads account itself?
- From Google. Google lists a dedicated support line for advertisers migrating to Performance Max: +1-844-205-0011, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. We can't see or change your account. Confirm the number on Google's Help page before you call.
- Is LSA Bridge available yet?
- No. It isn't in the Chrome Web Store, and it doesn't read or save report data today. The landing page keeps the current status.
