Google's dedicated support line for Local Services Ads advertisers migrating to Performance Max is +1-844-205-0011, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
Facts on this page were checked against Google's pages on 2026-09-30. Numbers change, so confirm it on Google's own page before you dial.
Google publishes the number at the top of its article "Local Services Ads transition to Performance Max campaigns with pay-per-lead goals" (Google Ads Help, article 17213585), introduced as a way to contact dedicated support for migrating advertisers. That's the only source we rely on here.
How do you know the number is really Google's?
Open the Help article yourself and compare. We link it so you don't have to trust a third-party page, including this one. Phone numbers for ad products attract impostors, so ignore any support number that reaches you through an unsolicited call, email, text or ad, even if the caller knows your business name.
What else does Google say about getting help?
Two other pointers sit on the same page. For additional campaigns or local accounts, Google says to keep using g.co/localservices, because you can't create new pay-per-lead campaigns directly within Google Ads "at this time." For timing, it says the account administrator gets an email 14 days before your migration date, then a reminder, then a completion email.
That makes the administrator's address the first thing to check. If it belongs to someone who left, update it before the notice goes out.
Is the support line easy to reach?
We don't know. We haven't called it. Some advertisers posting on r/LocalServicesAds describe trouble reaching anyone useful after migration, and others describe support that cleared a problem. Both are individual stories, so this page can't promise you a short wait or a fix.
What should you check before you call?
We can't tell you what Google's agents will ask for, so we won't guess. What we can do is point you at the checks Google itself recommends, which make any call shorter:
- Is the campaign status Enabled? Google says to find it on the Settings tab of the Campaigns page.
- Has it been under two weeks since migration? Google says performance can take up to two weeks to ramp back to stable levels.
- Did you recently change your business name, address or primary category? Google says significant changes trigger a review that typically takes 24 to 48 hours, during which a campaign may temporarily pause.
- Do your service areas, categories and ad schedule match what you set before? Google says these transfer automatically, so they're worth a look.
Write down what you find, with dates, before you dial.
Who shouldn't bother calling?
If you just want to know when your account migrates, the email and the dashboard banner will tell you, and calling won't move the date. If you want your old reports, the support line isn't a documented route: Google points to a download page it says is coming.
Our overview of the migration covers what changes, and our guide to saving your reports covers what to do before your date. If your Business Profile has drifted, which can trigger the review above, our free GBP audit kit is a good place to start. That cleanup is part of the local SEO work we do.
