Every ad click costs you again. Fixing your listings costs once.
Two one-time jobs for your business listings: build them on 50 local directories, or find and fix the wrong ones already out there. One price per location, and the login for every account we set up is yours when we're done.
- $473 to $1,680
- for one Google Ads lead, if you're a Jacksonville plumber. The next one costs the same again.
- $899 once
- Less than two plumbing ad leads, paid once. The listings and every login stay yours.
- 42%
- of 600 Jacksonville-area businesses we checked are listed wrong on at least one directory
Lead costs are our estimate from Google's own bid data for the Jacksonville metro, October 2026. The listings figure is from our study of 600 local businesses. How we priced a lead.
Google's map results for “plumber near me”
- A. Another plumber4.7 (212)
- B. Your business4.8 (64)
Before
- Yelp shows an old phone number
- Facebook has the address from before the move
- Missing from most directories
After
- Listed on 50 directories with details you confirm
- Wrong listings corrected, or a fix requested
- Every login handed to you
- C. Another plumber4.5 (98)
Why do listings need fixing at all?
Because they drift. A business moves, changes its phone or its name, and the old details can stay on directories long after. We checked 600 Jacksonville-area businesses: 42% have at least one directory listing that contradicts their own Google Business Profile, and 16% have no listing we could find (the study, with its method and data).
A customer who finds an old phone number can't reach you. Matching listings remove that contradiction. They're a foundation for your local search, not a ranking event, and we don't promise rankings from them.
What does it cost in your ad leads?
Pick your industry, or put in what a Google Ads lead costs you, and see either job's price in the leads you buy now.
Our Jacksonville estimate: $473 to $1,680. We start at the low end; put in your own if you know it (your ad spend divided by the leads it brought).
At $473 a lead:
- Reputation and Review Management, $699 a month, costs the same as 1.5 ad leads a month.
- Local Citation Cleanup, $899 once, costs the same as 1.9 ad leads, once.
- Local Citation Business Listings, $499 once, costs the same as 1.1 ad leads, once.
Counting Local Citation Cleanup.
It starts at 1, the fewest that pay for what you're counting within 12 months at your cost per lead. Move it to what you think is realistic.
At 1 a month, the work costs less than buying those leads from month 2, and by month 12 you'd be $4,777 ahead.
This is arithmetic on your numbers. We can't promise how many customers reviews and listings bring you, and results typically build over months 3-6. Lead costs are our estimate from Google's own bid data, pulled October 14, 2026. Nothing you enter leaves your browser. See it month by month in the full calculator.
Two products, one time each
Local Citation Business Listings
$499 per location, one time
For a business that's thin on listings, or new to the area.
- A citation audit: where you're listed now, and which listings disagree with your details.
- Your business on 50 local business directories, built with the details you confirm.
- 10 of your photos on 5 photo sharing sites.
- 5 of your videos on 5 video sharing sites.
- 5 social media profiles in your business's name.
- A report with every listing's address, and the email and password for every account we set up.
The photos and videos come from you. If they aren't ready, those two parts wait and everything else goes ahead.
On Reputation and Review Management? You don't need this: the subscription already keeps your details accurate on the same network.
Local Citation Cleanup
$899 per location, one time
For a business that moved, changed its phone or name, or has old listings that disagree with each other.
- A full audit of your existing listings, anywhere we can find them, with every wrong one documented.
- Every listing we can edit, corrected to your current details.
- Two rounds of correction requests to every directory we can't edit, sent from an email address set up for the cleanup, with every message kept.
- A before and after report: what's fixed, and what's still pending with what we sent and when.
- The email and password for every account we set up, the outreach email included, so you can follow up yourself.
A directory decides whether it fixes a listing. Two rounds of requests is what we promise, not the outcome.
How does it work?
Step 1
Buy, then one page per location
Your business details, the old names, addresses and phones to look for, and for Listings, your photos and videos. No passwords, and no access to your Google Business Profile.
Step 2
We audit, then build or fix
A person checks the audit before anything changes. Directories move at their own pace, so we don't promise a finish date: we tell you when we start and what's waiting on whom.
Step 3
Your report and your logins
Every listing with its address and status, and the login for every account we set up. Everything we create is yours.
What we never do
- Buy paid upgrades or paid inclusion on any directory. Those are your decision and your cost.
- Create listings for a business that hasn't asked us to, or edit anyone else's listing.
- Put keywords in your business name, or list services or areas you don't have.
- Promise rankings, calls or a finish date a directory controls.
Refunds, what you own and the rest: terms of sale.
FAQ
- How much do local citations cost?
- Local Citation Business Listings is $499 and Local Citation Cleanup is $899, each one time, per location. Several locations means several purchases, or a call to set them up together.
- Which one do I need?
- If you're barely listed anywhere, Listings. If you've moved, changed your phone or name, or old listings show the wrong details, Cleanup. Some businesses need both, cleanup first.
- Will citations get me ranked higher?
- We don't promise it. Consistent listings remove the contradictions customers and search engines see, and they're a foundation, not a ranking event. In our Jacksonville study, businesses in Google's top three map results had more consistent listings than those further down, but they also had more reviews and older profiles, so the gap is a correlation.
- Do you need my passwords or my Google account?
- No. We work from the details you give us on the onboarding page and never ask for Google Business Profile access. For every account we set up, you get the email and password at the end.
- How long does it take?
- Most are done within a month. Directories set their own pace, though, and some are slow to approve or correct a listing, so we don't promise a finish date. We tell you when we start, and every update says what's waiting and on whom.
- What if I change my mind?
- Cancel before we start and we refund it in full. Once work has started, it isn't refunded.
- I'm on Reputation and Review Management. Do I need either?
- Not Listings: the subscription already keeps your details accurate on more than 70 sites and apps, the same network. Cleanup still helps if old, wrong listings sit on sites outside that network.
