Week one

If we work together, week one is work, not onboarding theater. You get the full Assay: AI answer testing, technical audit, search-data mining, and a ranked fix list. The first fixes ship the same week. There is always something broken enough to fix on day one.

Every week after

• A weekly email: what we worked on, what went live, what moved. Short enough to read in one pass.
• A live dashboard: your rankings, traffic, AI citations, and every page we've touched. Open it whenever you like. It's your data.
• A monthly review: what compounded, what didn't, and what we're reprioritizing. We track every change we make, so wins and losses both show up in the results.

The transparent timeline
