Terms of sale

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms cover what you buy from Narsil Creative ("we") on narsilcreative.com. Today that's Reputation and Review Management, a monthly subscription, and two one-time products, Local Citation Business Listings and Local Citation Cleanup. Checkout asks you to accept these terms before you pay. You confirm you own each business you order for, or are authorized to act for it. If that isn't true, we stop work, and work already done isn't refunded. Using the rest of the site is covered by our terms of service, and what we do with your information by our privacy policy. If you and we sign a separate agreement, that agreement wins where the two disagree.

What you're buying: Reputation and Review Management

Reputation and Review Management for one location, at $699 per month, run by a person at Narsil Creative. Each checkout covers one location; for more than one, we set up a volume rate per location with you directly. The list below is what you're buying; the service page describes the same work in more detail.

  • Reviews of your location on Google, Facebook, Yelp and the other sites we monitor, checked daily.
  • A reply to every Google review within two business days, up to 200 a month, or to the reviews you choose at onboarding if you'd rather answer some yourself. A person reviews and edits every reply before it posts.
  • The review link, QR code and request templates your team uses to ask for reviews.
  • Your business details kept accurate on more than 70 sites and apps.
  • A post and new photos on your Google Business Profile every week, and its description and services kept current.
  • Your place on the map across your service area for up to three searches, measured every week.
  • An evidence packet and Google's reporting process for any Google review that breaks Google's policy.
  • A monthly report.

Not included: building or editing pages on your website, replies and reports on sites other than Google, sending review requests for you, listings on sites outside the 70+ we manage, paid upgrades on any directory (those are your decision and your cost), and the removal of any review as a promised result.

When the work starts

After you pay, you fill in one onboarding form for each location. Work on a location starts once its form is in and you've given us the access it asks for: manager access to your Google Business Profile, by invitation. The profile has to be verified, which Google requires the business to do itself. The two-business-day reply window and the first-30-days plan on the service page run from that point.

What we need from you

  • Facts that are true: your business name, address, phone, hours and services. We never invent claims about your business.
  • Access by invitation, never passwords. We don't ask for them, and you shouldn't send them.
  • One person who approves changes, with a backup, who answers within two business days. Slower approvals push the schedule back by the same amount.
  • Your team asking customers for reviews, using the kit we set up and the rules below. Nothing we run replaces a person asking.
  • Photos you took, enough for new ones every week. If you agree at onboarding, we may use licensed stock photos where yours run short; Google's media policy asks businesses to use media they captured, and Google may remove stock images.
  • Word from you when anything changes: hours, address, phone, services, staff.

Billing and price

Stripe charges $699 when you subscribe and again every month on the same date, in US dollars. Prices don't include tax; if tax applies, checkout shows it before you pay. We never see or store your card number.

Your price is locked for as long as your subscription runs. If we change the published price, the change applies to new subscriptions only. A promotion code's discount lasts as long as the code says. After that, Stripe charges the full monthly price, which stays locked.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it's still unpaid 10 days after it was due, work pauses until it's paid, and we tell you before that happens.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any month from Stripe's billing portal, with no call and no commitment term. Cancelling stops the next charge, and the work continues to the end of the month you've already paid for. A month that has started isn't refunded, in whole or in part.

When the subscription ends

Your Google Business Profile and every directory account stay yours: the list we give you has the login for each. Remove our manager access, or we'll remove ourselves. Replies, posts and photos already published stay on your profile.

What you're buying: Local Citations

Two one-time products, each for one location, run by a person at Narsil Creative. Each checkout covers one location; for more than one, buy once per location or ask us to set them up together. The lists below are what you're buying; the service page describes the same work in more detail.

Local Citation Business Listings, $499:

  • An audit of where your business is listed now, and which listings disagree with your details.
  • Your business on 50 local business directories.
  • 10 of your photos on 5 photo sharing sites, and 5 of your videos on 5 video sharing sites, from photos and videos you supply. Until they arrive, those parts wait and the rest goes ahead.
  • 5 social media profiles in your business's name.
  • A report of what was built.

Local Citation Cleanup, $899:

  • An audit of your existing listings, with every wrong one documented.
  • Corrections to every listing we can edit.
  • Two rounds of correction requests to every directory we can't edit, from an email address set up for the cleanup. A directory decides whether it corrects a listing; we promise the requests, not the outcome.
  • A before and after report, with anything still pending and what we sent.

Not included in either: paid upgrades on any directory (those are your decision and your cost), work on your Google Business Profile, and ongoing upkeep once the work is done.

Timing, billing and refunds for one-time products

Work starts once your onboarding page is in. We don't need access to your Google Business Profile. Directories set their own pace, so we don't promise a finish date: we tell you when we start, and every update says what's waiting and on whom.

Stripe charges the price once, in US dollars, when you buy. Prices don't include tax; if tax applies, checkout shows it before you pay. Cancel before we start and we refund it in full; once we've started, it isn't refunded.

The rules we work inside

We never, for any client or any price:

  • write, buy or arrange reviews, or offer anyone anything for a review;
  • screen customers by how happy they are before asking for a review, or ask only the happy ones;
  • tell customers what to write, or set staff quotas for reviews;
  • press customers to review on the premises, or hand them a device to do it;
  • report a real customer's bad review as a policy violation;
  • manufacture clicks, calls or direction requests, or post questions and answers to your own profile;
  • put keywords in your business name, or list services, categories or areas you don't have.

If you ask us to do any of these, we'll decline and offer the version that keeps you inside Google's rules. If your business does one of them with the kit we set up, we'll tell you in writing what breaks Google's policy and how to fix it. If it continues after that, we end the subscription at the end of the month you've paid for, and that month isn't refunded.

What we promise, and what we don't

We promise the work: the deliverables above, done by a person, on the schedule above, and reported every month for the subscription, or once at the end for a one-time product. We don't promise rankings, map positions, a number of reviews, a rating, the removal of any review, calls or leads. Google decides what it shows and what it removes. Results typically build over months 3-6. If Google, a directory or the software we use changes or removes something a deliverable depends on, we tell you and replace it with work of similar value.

What you own

Everything we create for you is yours from the moment it exists: replies, posts, descriptions and the directory listings we build. We give you a list of every listing and citation we build, with the email and password for each directory account we set up (and for a cleanup, the login for its outreach email), so you can check our work and take any account over. We work through access you grant and never as the owner. Our templates, methods and tools stay ours; what we create for you with them is yours. The photos and videos you send us stay yours too. You confirm you own them or have the right to use them, and that anyone shown in them has agreed, and you let us use them in your listings and on your profile.

Your name and your numbers

We never name you, or publish your results, without your written permission. Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential.

Liability

Our total liability for anything connected to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or for a one-time product, the price you paid for it. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Governing law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Duval County. Before either of us brings a claim, the one bringing it emails the other and allows 30 days to resolve it. If we change these terms, we email subscribers first, and the change applies from your first billing date at least 30 days after that email. The date at the top moves, and you can cancel before the change takes effect. No change to these terms changes your price. A one-time purchase stays on the terms it was bought under.
