Accessibility statement

Last updated August 18, 2026

We build narsilcreative.com to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA, the standard most commonly used to judge whether a website is accessible. That means semantic headings, keyboard-operable controls, labeled form fields, text alternatives for images, and color contrast that holds up.

We have a professional reason to take this seriously beyond compliance: the same structure that a screen reader depends on is the structure AI systems and browser agents read. Sites that are legible to people using assistive technology are legible to machines. We tell clients that, so we hold our own site to it.

Where we know we are imperfect

This is a statement of intent backed by ongoing work, not a certification. In August 2026 we ran an automated WCAG 2.1 A and AA audit (axe-core) across every page template on this site, tools and gated kits included, and fixed everything it found, mostly color-contrast issues in our brand palette. Automated checks catch a real but partial slice of accessibility problems, and we have not commissioned a third-party audit. Our interactive tools are the areas we watch most closely, because dynamic results are the easiest place for an announcement or a focus order to go wrong. If you hit something that blocks you, you are almost certainly right and we are wrong.

Tell us

Email hello@narsilcreative.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within two business days and to fix confirmed barriers as a priority. If something on the site is unusable for you and the fix will take time, tell us what you were trying to get and we will send it another way in the meantime.
