LSA Bridge privacy policy

LSA Bridge reads your Local Services Ads dashboard and saves what it finds to files on your computer. Nothing it reads is sent to Narsil SEO or to anyone else.

LSA Bridge is a free Chrome extension from Narsil SEO (narsilcreative.com). It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google. This policy covers the extension only; the site privacy policy covers narsilcreative.com.

What does LSA Bridge read?

Only what's on the Local Services Ads pages you open at ads.google.com, and only while you run one of its steps. Depending on the step, that's:

• Performance reports: charged leads, spend and cost per charged lead, by date range, category and lead type (call, message or booking).
• Account settings: your weekly budget, categories, service types and service areas.
• Lead history, if you choose to archive it: customer names, phone numbers, message threads, call details and links to call recordings.

It reads these from the page itself and from the requests the page makes to load them. It reads nothing on any other website, and it never reads your Google password or cookies.

What does it do with that information?

It turns it into the files you asked for: spreadsheets of your reports, a JSON archive of your leads, and a campaign settings sheet for the move to Google Ads. It also uses the report figures to run its checks (whether your categories should become separate campaigns, and what your daily budget will be).

Report figures stay in the extension's storage in your browser while a step runs. You can clear them from the side panel at any time, and removing the extension deletes them. Lead history is written straight into the download and is never kept in the extension's storage.

Where does the data go?

To your computer, through Chrome's download prompt, and nowhere else. LSA Bridge has no server. It sends nothing to Narsil SEO, uses no analytics, and reports no errors home. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to.

Because the lead archive holds your customers' personal information, treat the downloaded file the way you treat your other customer records. Where you keep it, how long you keep it and who can open it are your business's decisions and obligations.

What does it share?

Nothing. LSA Bridge doesn't sell, rent, share or transfer any information it reads, for advertising or for any other purpose. Nobody at Narsil SEO can see it. No third party receives it.

Limited Use statement

LSA Bridge's use of the information it reads from your Local Services Ads dashboard complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It reads only what its single purpose needs (saving your Local Services Ads reports and preparing your Performance Max campaign settings), it doesn't transfer that information to anyone, and no human at Narsil SEO reads it.

Frequently asked questions

Does Narsil SEO see my leads or my reports?

No. The extension has no server and sends nothing to us. The files exist only on your computer.

Does LSA Bridge change anything in my Google account?

No. It reads your dashboard and writes files. To save every report it changes the date range on the reports page, the same way you would by hand. It never edits a setting, submits a form or sends a request of its own in Local Services Ads or Google Ads.

Is LSA Bridge affiliated with Google?

No. Google, Google Ads and Local Services Ads are trademarks of Google LLC.

How do I delete what it stored?

Open the side panel and choose Clear stored data, or remove the extension from chrome://extensions. Files you downloaded are yours to keep or delete like any other file.

Will this policy change?

If the extension changes what it reads or where the data goes, this page changes first, with a new date, before that version reaches the Chrome Web Store.
