Terms of service

These terms cover narsilcreative.com and everything free on it: the tools, the kits, and the articles. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, and where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

The free tools and kits

Use them. Run them for your own business, run them for clients, adapt the checklists, paste the regex into your own reports. You do not owe us a link or a credit, though we appreciate both. What you cannot do is republish a kit as your own product or resell it as a standalone paid asset.

Two limits worth stating plainly. Our tools produce analysis and recommendations, not guarantees: an audit score is our reading of your site, and search engines and AI assistants decide what they surface, not us. And the platforms change. We date our work and update it when something shifts, but a checklist written in August describes August.

Unlocking a kit

Some kits ask for an email address. Give us one that reaches you, because that is how updates arrive. We handle what we collect per our privacy policy, and every marketing email we send can be unsubscribed from in one click.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Page Audit tool against sites you have no business auditing, do not automate the tools at a volume that degrades them for others, and do not attempt to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site. We may block access that does any of those.

What belongs to whom

The articles, tools, kits, and the Narsil Creative name and marks are ours. The Reforge Method, Frontier SEO, Frontier GEO, and Frontier AEO are terms we coined and use as our own. Quote us with attribution and a link; do not republish whole articles. Anything you type into the tools stays yours.

Third-party links

We link to Google documentation, tools we like, and research we cite. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. When we recommend a paid tool, we say so plainly, and we do not run affiliate links.

Disclaimer and liability

The free material is provided as-is. We put real work into keeping it accurate, and we still cannot promise it is complete, current, or right for your situation. Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice. To the fullest extent the law allows, Narsil Creative is not liable for losses arising from your use of the free tools, kits, or articles, and any liability connected to them is limited to what you paid for them, which is nothing.

Governing law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We update them when the site changes materially, and the date at the top moves when we do. Questions: hello@narsilcreative.com.
