Narsil SEO · Pro tool
Every Google review in one place, and the ones still waiting.
See every Google review of your business in one place, spot the ones still waiting for a reply, get a ready-to-send response drafted for any of them, and learn what customers keep praising or complaining about. Refreshed every month.
Included with Pro, along with every tool that ships after it.
The unanswered review is still being read
Google shows your replies under your reviews, so the next customer reads both. A one-star review with no answer reads as a business that isn't listening. Most owners check reviews when they remember to, which means the ones from a busy month are the ones that never get answered.
What the Inbox shows
The overview
Average rating, reviews new this month, how many are unanswered, your response rate and median response time, plus the rating spread and reviews by month for the last twelve months.
Every review, filterable
Newest first, with the rating, the date, whether it has a reply, its sentiment and its topics. Filter by any of them and export the filtered list as CSV.
What customers keep saying
The topics customers mention (service, staff, price, speed, quality, cleanliness, communication, scheduling, parking, location), counted for the last 90 days and all time, split positive, neutral and negative.
A drafted reply for any review
Pick what kind of review it is (a positive one, a negative one from a real customer, or one you believe is fabricated) and a tone. A draft that breaks a Review Toolkit rule is held back with the reason shown.
Removed reviews, kept
Every third month the Inbox re-reads the whole listing. A review that Google or the reviewer took down is marked removed and stays in your history.
Nothing to connect
Reviews are read from the public listing through a data provider, not from your Google account, so there's no access to grant.
How it runs
The Inbox works per location, and Pro includes two locations per site. The first pull reads up to 500 of the listing's reviews, newest first. After that it refreshes itself once a month, and Refresh pulls on demand once every 24 hours per location. You post every reply yourself: nothing is published from the Inbox, so each reply that goes out under your name is one you've read first.
Who doesn't need it
If your business gets a few reviews a month, Google's own notifications keep you current for free, and the GBP Audit Kit covers how to ask for more of them. The Inbox earns its place when reviews arrive faster than you read them, when you run two locations, or when you want to know what customers keep complaining about.
Answering, asking, and the rest
The Inbox answers reviews. The Review Toolkit keeps the way you ask for them inside Google's rules, and its rules are the ones every drafted reply follows. Both work on the profile that the Google Business Profile Grader grades, and the Map Rank Tracker works on the same locations. All four are included with Pro.
Questions about the Inbox
- Which plan includes Review Inbox?
- Pro, at $99/month, which includes all eighteen tools and every tool that ships later. On Starter the tools are visible but locked.
- Does it post replies to Google for me?
- No. It drafts a reply for any review you choose, and you copy it and post it yourself. Nothing is published from the tool.
- Why is my review count different from Google's?
- Reviews without a star rating are skipped, and a pull reads the newest reviews first, up to 500 on the first one. So the stored count can differ slightly from the number on your listing.
- Do I have to connect my Google account?
- No. Reviews are read from the public listing through a data provider, so there's nothing to connect.
