What your ad leads cost against work you keep
Every Google Ads lead is paid for again next month. Pick your industry or enter your own cost per lead, and see what review and listings work costs in those leads, with a 12-month running total on your own estimate. Free, runs in your browser, nothing stored.
Our Jacksonville estimate: $473 to $1,680. We start at the low end; put in your own if you know it (your ad spend divided by the leads it brought).
At $473 a lead:
- Reputation and Review Management, $699 a month, costs the same as 1.5 ad leads a month.
- Local Citation Cleanup, $899 once, costs the same as 1.9 ad leads, once.
Counting Reputation and Review Management and Local Citation Cleanup.
It starts at 2, the fewest that pay for what you're counting within 12 months at your cost per lead. Move it to what you think is realistic.
At 2 a month, the work costs less than buying those leads from month 4, and by month 12 you'd be $2,065 ahead.

This is arithmetic on your numbers. We can't promise how many customers reviews and listings bring you, and results typically build over months 3-6. Lead costs are our estimate from Google's own bid data, pulled October 14, 2026. Nothing you enter leaves your browser.
Where the numbers come from
The industry costs are from our study of Google Ads cost per lead in Jacksonville: Google's top-of-page bids for each industry's ten biggest buying searches, pulled October 14, 2026, divided by the industry's average conversion rate. The prices are our two local products, as published. The estimate of leads replaced is yours, and the calculator starts it at the fewest that cover the monthly price.
Yes, we sell the work on the other side of the chart. That's why the chart only moves when you move the estimate, and why the spreadsheet behind the study lets you price your own searches.
FAQ
- How do I work out my cost per lead?
- Take a month of Google Ads spend and divide it by the leads it brought: calls, forms and bookings you'd count as a real enquiry. If you don't run ads, start with our Jacksonville estimate for your industry, which is Google's top-of-page bid range divided by the industry's average conversion rate.
- Does this prove reviews and listings will replace my ads?
- No. It's arithmetic on the estimate you put in. We can't promise how many customers answered reviews or corrected listings bring you, and results typically build over months 3-6. What it does show is how many ad leads the work would need to replace to pay for itself, which is a number you can judge.
- When is Google Ads the cheaper choice?
- When your leads are cheap. If a lead costs you $60, $699 a month buys more than eleven of them, and the calculator will show ads staying cheaper unless the work replaces a lot of leads. Ads also win when you need customers this month: they start the day the budget does, and reviews and listings take months.
- Is anything I enter stored?
- No. The calculator runs in your browser and sends nothing to us. There's no signup.
